MARSHALL SPRING UNIT

Marshall spring units are used in sofas and chairs and are usually wrapped in layers of cotton batting to make a quality cushion. They are composed of coil springs (3" diameter and 3" height) sewn in separate pockets and attached together with C rings. The spring coils can be added or removed to make your desired size. Available in 14 gauge (used for firm seat) or 15 gauge (used for soft back or seat).

Our standard 6 x 7 consist of 42 individual spring coils attached together. This is considered a standard size unit and you have the option to buy this pre-made size (SPRM6x7 for 15 gauge and SPRM6x7-14 for 14 gauge).

If you need a different size, order the individual springs (SPRM114 or SPRM115).
HOW TO ORDER:
1.) Determine what size you need your unit to be (example: 12"L x 36"W).
2.) Divide the size of the unit by 3 (each spring is 3" diameter) (example size = 4 x 12).
3.) Multiply the length by the width. This is the number of individual springs needed to order (example=48 springs).
4.) Note the size of the desired marshall unit (example: 12"L x 36"W) in the customization text box.
