TLS869B Tools - Webbing Stretcher (Groove End), #869B (EACH)

The #869B Groove End Webbing Stretcher is similalr to #TLS255 but without the rubber end. This stretcher has a groove at the end which provides secure when stretching the material with a row of 5 sharpened steel pins. The length is 6-3/4" ,the width is 3-1/4", and the weight is 6 oz.
