(Clinch Buttons) Prong buttons are great for high speed production. They are used for headboards, bars, restaurant booths and a wide range of furniture styles. It can be very effective for pre-tufting covers before attaching to the furniture frame. The round edge helps prevent holes from enlarging after application and wire prong is precicion tempered the right hardness to keep prongs from pulling out yet easy to bend. Our staked edges are rounded to prevent material from tearing. These prongs are 1-1/2" long with rust resistant shells. Use our Prong Washers (Item # BMPPW) for extra holding power.
